Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, research-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation under supervision.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly closing activities and basic financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for invoices, payments, and clarifications.
• Support audits by providing required information and documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience .
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation (GST, TDS).
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹29,365.32 - ₹37,222.91 per month
