Job Opening: Junior Accountant – Furniture Store (Gurugram, Sector 74 near M3M Skywalk)

About Us:
We are a premium furniture brand known for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Gurugram team and handle day-to-day accounting and documentation work at our retail store.

Location: Sector 74, Gurugram (near M3M Skywalk)
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Requirement: Candidates must have their own conveyance

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Maintain and operate Tally accounting software
• Manage cash transactions, cheque deposits, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare and manage GST filings and E-way bills
• Support basic export accounting and related documentation
• Handle web order execution and related invoice/billing processes
• Maintain Excel-based reports and assist with data management
• Perform other administrative and documentation duties as required
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial matters

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 1–3 years of experience in retail accounting (furniture or lifestyle preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of GST, E-way bills, and bank handling
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Must be well-dressed, disciplined, and reliable

Preference:
Candidates with prior retail experience and familiarity with export accounting will be preferred.
