• Handle daily cash transactions
• Receive payments from customers for vehicle sales, service, and spare parts.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper cash records.
• Verify and reconcile cash balances at the end of each day.
• Ensure accuracy in billing and payment processing.
• Maintain records of credit/debit card transactions and online payments.
• Deposit daily collections into the company’s designated bank account.
• Support the accounts team with cash-related reports and documentation.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments politely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
