Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, journal posting, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Verify supplier invoices, LPOs, and delivery notes before posting.
  • Support in monthly closing, VAT documentation, and reporting.
  • Handle petty cash entries and bank reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with branch accountants and ensure timely submission of data.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and assist during audits.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in trading or retail sector).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of UAE VAT and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Hindi and Malayalam will be an added advantage.
  • Male candidates preferred.
