Junior Accountant

Job Overview: We are seeking a Junior Accountant who will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting cost control initiatives to enhance the company’s profitability. This hybrid position combines accounting precision with cost management insight ideal for a motivated individual eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Accounting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Preparing tax filings and ensure compliance with UAE financial and tax regulations.
• Candidate should be able to travel to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah for project work.

Project Cost Control:

• Develop, monitor, and review budgets for various projects.
• Analyze cost variances, identify inefficiencies, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Track project expenditures and ensure spending aligns with financial records.
• Provide actionable insights to management on cost performance and optimization opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate monthly and quarterly financial and project cost control reports for management review.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and schedules.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with operational, procurement, and management teams to align financial targets with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in accounting, cost control, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software, including Tally, and strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and accuracy in reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of UAE financial and tax regulations is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
