As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team.

Job Overview
The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and ensuring the integrity of all accounting processes within the brokerage. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical professional with strong accounting expertise and a solid understanding of the financial markets—especially forex trading and brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise financial records in line with company policies and international accounting standards
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
• Ensure timely tax filings, compliance reporting, and coordination with auditors and regulatory bodies
• Provide senior management with financial insights and ad hoc analysis
• Strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting procedures
• Work closely with operations to reconcile client transactions, trading revenues, and forex-related financial data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Sage, or similar)
• Strong understanding of forex, trading platforms, and brokerage-related financial flows (preferred)
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CPA (advantageous)
• Prior experience in a brokerage, forex company, or financial markets environment
