Accountant (E-commerce & Consumer Electronics)Location: Bangalore, Work from office ( Monday to Friday )

We are a fast-growing D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand in the consumer electronics space, operating in India. We are looking for an experienced Accountant proficient in Tally and well-versed in e-commerce accounting, GST, and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations

.Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Bookkeeping & Accounting:
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in Tally.
• Record daily sales, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments.
• GST & TDS Compliance:
• Ensure timely and accurate GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
• Handle TDS deductions, filings (Form 26Q), and issuance of certificates.
• Reconcile input tax credits and resolve discrepancies.
• E-commerce Financial Management:
• Track and reconcile sales from Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Handle refunds, discounts, and marketplace commission entries.
• Monitor working capital and cash flow.
• Financial Reporting & Audit Support:
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in internal/external audits and tax assessments.
• Process Improvement:
• Implement best practices for accounting automation and efficiency.
• Work closely with the finance team to optimize costs.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent; CA Inter/CMA preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in accounting with Tally (Prime or ERP).
• Industry Preference: E-commerce, D2C, or consumer electronics.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Tally, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-commerce accounting.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Tally ERP , Tally Prime or other accounting tools.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting in e-commerce.

Candidates with immediate joining will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
