Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team and support day-to-day accounting tasks, billing, and financial record management. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records and documentation
- Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare basic financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
- Support month-end closing activities
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting entries

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply
