Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Assist in maintaining stock/inventory records of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, and finished jewellery items (weight-wise & piece-wise).
Prepare and issue invoices and bills to customers and vendors.
Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers.
Assist in GST returns preparation, TDS records, and tax filing documentation.
Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial data.
Maintain records of making charges, hallmarking charges, wastage calculations, and labour charges.
Check and verify stock inward/outward entries.
Communicate with suppliers and customers for payment follow-ups.

Skills & Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / Accounting or Finance background.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tally ERP / Miracle / Jewellery ERP software.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation rules.
Good numerical accuracy, concentration, and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
