Junior Accountant

Al Haktur IT Solutions, a growing technology and services company based in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and financial documentation
• Record daily transactions, invoices, expenses, and payments
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow monitoring
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements for management review
• Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups
• Support senior accountants and auditors during reviews and audits
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial data at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
