Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements
- Record and process journal entries and other accounting transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Help with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ZOHO or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
