Junior Accountant

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Core Competencies: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, good communication, and organizational abilities.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate within a team.
• Role in the Department:
• Supports senior accountants and managers.
• Ensures accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Entry-level role offering experience for career progression (e.g., to Staff Accountant).
