Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Karama (Oud Metha). This role is suitable for a male candidate who is eager to learn, grow, and develop practical accounting skills in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily bookkeeping and maintenance of accounting records

Recording sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately

Assisting with preparation of financial statements and reports

Maintaining ledgers and supporting month-end closing activities

Supporting VAT-related tasks including documentation and filings

Ensuring proper filing and organization of financial documents

Assisting senior accounts staff with routine accounting duties

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and techniques

Proficiency in commonly used accounting software such as Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Sage, or Xero

Sound understanding of UAE VAT regulations and practices

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility

Candidate Profile:

Male candidate preferred

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience are welcome

Honest, reliable, and disciplined work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
