Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- GST Preparation: Prepare and file GST returns on time, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoice processing, payment collections, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Profit & Loss: Track and manage profit and loss statements, providing insights to improve financial performance.
- Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax laws.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in accounting or finance, with experience in GST, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Razorpay, Zoho (including Zoho Books), and other relevant accounting or payment processing systems is preferred.
