Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally, and sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, journals, and accounts using Tally ERP.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Compute and file GST and TDS returns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws.
• Generate reports and summaries of financial data for internal use and audits.
• Ensure the confidentiality of all financial information and company data.
• Conduct regular backups of financial databases and accounting records.
• Support monthly and year-end closing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian accounting practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
