Junior Accountant

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting the company’s financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
• Assist in VAT documentation and compliance requirements
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Support senior accountants during audits and financial reviews
• Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks as required

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
