Position Summary
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to work on-site. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the accounting field. You will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks to support the finance department.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in financial reporting and analysis.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Support monthly closings and account reconciliations.

Maintain records and files and ensure effective internal controls.

Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation.

Interact and communicate with external clients effectively.

Learn and utilize QuickBooks for accounting processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

0-2 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a preference for QuickBooks Online.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
