Job Description:

• Verify & maintain the accuracy of daily transactions and vendor/customer records.
• Issuing invoices & posting bills in a timely and accurate manner.
• Check and follow up for Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
• Prepare & generate monthly financial reports.
• Bank reconciliation and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Logistics and warehousing services
• Detail Oriented and well organized
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• 1 year experience in accounting (Preferred)
• Bilingual a plus(English and Chinese)
• Degrees / Certificate in Accounting or Finance is a plus
