Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior Accountant

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Junior Accountant to join our finance team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and financial management. This individual will play a key role in managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations within the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements.
• Input and update financial transactions.
• Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, credit card, etc.).
• Manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Process and review employee expense reports.
• Assist with tax preparation and filings.
• Help monitor budgets and expenditures.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Support senior accountants with daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a focus on real estate.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of UAE accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), tax regulations, and industry practices.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
