We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements
  • Reconcile bank and credit statements
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system
  • Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Accounting Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
