Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Medical / Healthcare Experience: 1–3 years (UAE medical sector experience is mandatory) Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our medical facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on accounting experience within the UAE healthcare/medical sector, with a solid understanding of insurance workflows, medical billing, and facility financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations, data entry, and financial record maintenance
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Support month‑end closing, reporting, and audit preparation
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claims, rejections, and payment follow‑ups
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Work closely with finance and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Mandatory:

UAE experience in the medical/healthcare sector

• Knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, and TPA processes
• Strong MS Excel and accounting software skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
