Junior Accountant

Job Overview:

ToheedSoft is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage daily financial tasks and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial records and transactions
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Manage cash flow and expense records
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing reports
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Coordinate with management regarding financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in accounting or finance preferred
• Good command of MS Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
