WE ARE HIRING – JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are eager to start or develop their professional career in administration and accounts-related operations. Fresh graduates and candidates with basic office experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Position: Junior Account Executive
Employment Type: Contract Basis – 2 Years (24 Months)
Salary: Starting from AED 2,500 per month
Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Performing accurate data entry and maintaining office records
• Updating and managing record books on a daily basis
• Coordinating and aligning daily assigned tasks efficiently
• Maintaining proper filing systems and documentation
• Preparing reports and handling administrative support tasks
• Using MS Excel and MS Word for daily office operations
• Ensuring completion of assigned duties within deadlines
• Supporting the team with additional tasks related to office administration and accounts operations

Requirements:
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
✔ Ability to maintain records and documentation properly
✔ Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
✔ Freshers are welcome to apply
