About Us

Amex Car Rental is a leading UAE-based car rental company committed to delivering exceptional mobility solutions across the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Lahore office and support our growing finance operations.

What You Will Do

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
• Assist in preparing and managing financial statements and reports.
• Handle account reconciliations and ledger management.
• Monitor and record accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and transactions.
• Coordinate with customers regarding payments, outstanding balances, and account-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Generate reports and analyze financial data using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist senior management with accounting and finance-related tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
