Job Purpose:
To manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, handle payroll-related transactions, and support the finance department in maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records and update financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Manage employee payroll calculations, including salaries, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and account summaries.
- Monitor client invoices, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain records related to employee costs, visas, accommodation, and manpower expenses.
- Assist with VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Support audits by preparing required financial documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of payroll and UAE accounting practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Visa Requirement:
- Candidates with own visa are preferred
