Job Purpose:
To manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, handle payroll-related transactions, and support the finance department in maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and update financial transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Manage employee payroll calculations, including salaries, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and account summaries.
  • Monitor client invoices, collections, and outstanding payments.
  • Maintain records related to employee costs, visas, accommodation, and manpower expenses.
  • Assist with VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
  • Support audits by preparing required financial documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of payroll and UAE accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Visa Requirement:

  • Candidates with own visa are preferred

Immediate Joining Only

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
