Junior Accountant cum Human Resources

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant cum Human Resources to support our finance and HR functions. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, assist in payroll and employee records management, and support HR operations including recruitment coordination and employee documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in financial records, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across both accounting and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties:

• Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare basic financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Assist in VAT documentation and compliance as per UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification and payment processing.

Human Resources Duties:

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
• Support recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and/or HR roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of UAE labor law and payroll processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
