Junior Accountant & Data Analyst Male

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant & Data Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine strong accounting fundamentals with data-driven insights to support business growth in the luxury fashion industry. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and leveraging data analytics to provide insights into sales, inventory, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting

Collect, clean, and analyze financial, sales, and operational data.

Generate dashboards and reports on sales performance, product categories, and customer trends.

Analyze inventory movements and provide insights to optimize stock levels.

Use analytics to track marketing ROI, store performance, and customer buying behavior.

Provide data-driven recommendations to management for strategic decisions.

Accounting & Financing.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).

Working knowledge of ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar).

Exposure to data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio preferred).

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or data analytics ..

Prior exposure to fashion, retail, or luxury industry is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
