Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location:Ganapathi, Coimbatore
Salary: ₹12,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any relevant degree in Accounting or Finance

Job Description:

We are looking for a female accountant to manage day-to-day financial activities, maintain accurate records, and support overall accounts and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment receipts.
• Maintain records of expenses, petty cash, and vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions.
• Support in GST filing, TDS, and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and management for reports and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and financial statements.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
