Position: Junior Accountant (Female)

Location: Karachi

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of its prestigious clients for the position of Junior Accountant (Female). We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.

Assist in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile customer and supplier accounts.

Maintain petty cash and expense records.

Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Support the preparation of financial reports and management reports.

Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and financial matters.

Requirements

Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, or similar) will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
