About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have previous UAE accounting experience and be fully proficient in Tally ERP. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle accounts up to finalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss Statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal policies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to prepare accounts up to finalization
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
