Job Summary:

Fabcott Textiles Pvt. Ltd., a leading company in the garment and textile industry, is looking for an experienced Junior Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial compliance, specifically in the garment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions including bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, JVs, etc. ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per regulatory requirements.
• Assist in payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC).
• Generate profit & loss statements, and balance sheets for management review.
• Ensure tax compliance, documentation, etc.
• Work closely with senior accountants and finance teams to streamline accounting operations.
• Knowledge and understanding of inventory accounting and cost management related to garment production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com/M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.
