Junior Accountant Male - Fresher (Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for an energetic and positive candidate for an Accountant role work in a Cosmetics trading company.

Primary Responsibility and Essential Duties:

• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
• Billing to client on a regular basis, Processing Purchase, and Sales Invoices in Focus software
• Prepare and Maintaining re-order level to Re-purchase the stocks
• Monitoring inventory and compute physical inventory as per the system and Ensured accuracy of monthly and quarterly inventory reports. Prepare Stock movement report
• Maintenance of Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Physical Stock, Cash book, petty cash etc.
• Preparation of Month-end reports including sales, purchase, and customer-outstanding statements.
• Oversee accounts payable & receivable and their related payments and collection terms to strength company cash flow position.
• Compute staffs’ monthly payroll and arrange salary transfers.
• Reconciliation of Bank and vendor statements on regular basis
• Preparation of Monthly and Annual Financial statement viz. Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Account. Responsible for closing books at year end upon completion of annual audit
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns for Vat Filing
• Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
• Advantage of having a knowledge of eCommerce business like amazon, ebay, should maintain inventory, content management, order management, recording online sales
• Supporting to sales team
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required

Job Requirements:

Relevant work experience minimum 2 yrs. Strong analytical and accounting skills

Strong English speaking and writing skills

Should have the knowledge of Focus accounting software, MS office

Photoshop, AI Image Generating Tools - Familiar

Should have the knowledge of VAT Filing, Corporate Compliance.

A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality

Education: Bachelor's degree with attested certificate.
