Junior Accountant (Oman branch)

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with a 2+ years experience in Accounting field and skilled to use ZOHO system. Can manage multi-tasking job. Willing to work in a Printing Press company and be relocated at Sohar, Oman branch.

Job Scope

The Junior Accountant is responsible for owning and coordinating the month end process and all general accounting activities including account reconciliations, financial analysis and management reporting while performing accurate data entry. S/He shall recommend and improve processes and practices aiming at cost reduction and system optimization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Checking Bank Statement
• Making Daily Target Sales Report
• Handling Accounting system in ZOHO Books
• Coordinating with Courier
• Handling waybills and payment checking
• Handling Invoices & Quotations
• Handling Bills / Expenses
• Treasury Transactions Report
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Assisting VAT file
• Prepare spreadsheets and monthly reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
