Junior Accountant - Real Estate

Apt Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant for a growing Real Estate firm in Dubai. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to gain experience in the accounting field and develop their skills in a dynamic industry. As a Junior Accountant, you will assist with the financial operations of the real estate company, contributing to accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records related to real estate transactions
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support the reconciliation of bank statements and investment accounts
• Prepare and process monthly billing statements
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance for real estate activities
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure financial accuracy
• Participate in audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in UAE
• Familiarity with real estate accounting principles is highly desirable
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic work environment
• Candidate must be in UAE
