Junior Accountant - SPOUSE VISA / OWN VISA

Position Title: Junior Accountant ( Under Own Visa or Spouse Visa)

Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance department. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling accounts. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Record day-to-day financial transactions and post them in the accounting system .

Compliance (UAE Specific)

Ensure documentation meets auditing standards and assist external auditors with queries .

Administrative Support

Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations) to verify invoices and delivery notes .

Manage documents scanning and filing .

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce (required) .

Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (UAE experience strongly preferred) .

Technical Skills

MS Office: Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.

Soft Skills

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Work week: Monday to Saturday.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour
