Junior Accountant - US Hours

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our intercompany accounting team supporting our U.S. operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in basic accounting functions, including journal entries, data entry, and reconciliations, with solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP. This role requires flexibility to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting transactions in the ERP system.
• Prepare and post journal entries for intercompany transactions, accruals, and adjustments.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and internal financial controls.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an intercompany or U.S. accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work night shift (U.S. time zone).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
