Junior Accounts Officer

Cordatus Resources Pakistan is looking for Junior Accounts Officer for one of its clients, who deals in financial advising. The role is onsite, and office is based in Lahore.

Job Description

• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts
• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, including preparing budget reports and analyzing variances
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Prepare and submit tax returns, sales tax returns, and other statutory filings
• Assist in internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules and supporting
• documentation
• Perform other financial tasks as assigned by the Senior Accounts Officer/Accountant

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

2. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

3. Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.

4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

5. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

6. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Certification in accounting (e.g., CA, ACCA, CMA).

2. Experience with financial reporting and analysis.

3. Familiarity with financial regulations and laws.

Salary: Rs 50,000/- till Rs 65,000/-
