About the Role

ZapTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for BBA and B.Com graduates (freshers or up to 1 year of experience) to join its U.S. Accounts Receivable (AR) process team as Junior Accounts Receivables Associates. The role offers international exposure, hands-on experience with end-to-end AR operations, and the opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance and client relationship management.

Who Can Apply

• Education: BBA or B.Com (any specialization)
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience
• Shift: Night shift (U.S. process)
• Qualities: Self-motivated, confident, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Excellent English verbal communication
• Active listening and customer understanding
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet navigation)
• Numerical ability for basic reconciliations
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
