• Minimum 1 years of practice handling RERA cases, property disputes, civil matters, and related legal proceedings.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Advocate to join our office in Ernakulam. The role involves independently handling cases related to RERA, property disputes, real estate transactions, and civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before RERA authorities, tribunals, and courts.
• Draft legal notices, agreements, petitions, and pleadings.
• Handle property-related disputes and title verifications.
• Provide legal opinions and consultations on real estate and civil matters.
• Coordinate with clients and manage case progress.

Requirements:

• Law degree with enrollment in the Bar Council.
• Proven experience in RERA and property-related cases.
• Strong drafting and argument skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
