Our legal wing is a dedicated practice focused on high-stakes litigation, strategic advisory, and dispute resolution. We are currently hiring a Junior Advocate for our internal legal team to handle matters across various judicial forums.

Role Overview As a Junior Advocate, you will be at the forefront of our litigation practice. This role is designed for a professional with 4–6 years of experience who is eager to handle independent court appearances and complex drafting under the mentorship of senior partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Litigation & Advocacy: Represent the firm before the High Court, District Courts, Family Courts, and various Tribunals.
• Drafting & Filing: Prepare high-quality plaints, written statements, writ petitions, affidavits, and rejoinders.
• Case Management: Oversee the end-to-end procedural lifecycle, including filing, service of process, and registry follow-ups.
• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on statutes (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act) and judicial precedents to build winning legal strategies.
• Client Relations: Coordinate directly with clients to gather facts, provide case updates, and manage documentation.
• Field Work: Manage court-related travel and liaise with court clerks and officials to ensure timely compliance.

Eligibility & Skills

• Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized university and valid enrollment with the State Bar Council.
• Experience: 4–6 years of active litigation experience
• Legal Proficiency: Strong command over procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act).
• Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is highly preferred for local court interactions.
• Software: Familiarity with e-filing systems and digital legal research tools.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
