Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Junior Agile Project Manager specializing in Kanban, based in Heliopolis. The role involves managing and expediting project activities, facilitating Kanban processes, supporting stakeholders, and identifying any issues or bottlenecks to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Key responsibilities also include logistics coordination, managing inspections, and assisting in the efficient delivery of project outcomes while adhering to timelines.
Qualifications
What you’ll do
• Support daily project flow using Kanban
• Maintain and update Kanban boards, WIP limits, and workflows
• Track tasks, blockers, and dependencies
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and light agile ceremonies
• Work closely with developers, designers, and product owners
• Monitor basic Kanban metrics (cycle time, throughput)
• Help improve team processes and delivery efficiency
• Contribute to the product roadmap
Nice to have
• Experience with mobile or SaaS products
• Exposure to Scrum or other agile frameworks
• Agile/Kanaban and PMP certification
