Junior Aha! Application Administrator (Entry-Level)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated entry-level Aha! Application Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our product management platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in product operations, business systems, or product management tools to gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Support:
- Configure products, workspaces, releases, and features
- Maintain custom fields, layouts, and workflows
- Manage user access and troubleshoot issues

Integration Support:
- Support integration with Jira
- Monitor sync and resolve issues

Reporting & Data:
- Build dashboards and reports
- Ensure data accuracy

Process & Documentation:
- Document workflows and best practices

User Support:
- Assist users and onboarding

Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (CS, MIS, Business, Engineering)
- Basic Agile knowledge
- Strong communication and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Exposure to Jira or Azure DevOps
- Basic API or SaaS understanding

Pay: $80,000.00 - $93,500.00 per year
