Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Python programming with strong coding standards (PEP 8, clean code practices).
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering), and basic Agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, multi-agent coordination).
• Experience with data manipulation libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib), SQL databases, data preprocessing techniques, statistics & mathematics for ML, and Jupyter Notebooks for analysis and prototyping.
• Knowledge in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), backend frameworks, Flask/Django), REST API development, JSON handling, and Fast API concepts for AI model deployment.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) for collaborative development
• Strong English communication skills for technical documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset with logical thinking, eagerness to learn new AI technologies rapidly, and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments What You'll Learn & Do
• Develop simple GenAI applications using pre-trained models (GPT, DALL-E), learn prompt engineering techniques, and create RAG systems with document search capabilities.
• Work on autonomous task execution projects, collaborate on multi-agent systems with coordination patterns, and build AI-powered automation tools.
• Create REST APIs for AI model deployment, learn Docker containerization and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) for scalable AI service deployment.
• Write clean Python code following PEP 8 standards, practice git version control workflows, participate in code reviews, and create technical documentation.
• Develop web applications integrating AI features using Flask/Django, create interactive demos with Streamlit/Gradio, and work on projects with actual business impact.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Academic projects involving machine learning or AI applications.
• Internship experience in software development or data science.
• Participation in hackathons, coding competitions or AI challenges.
• Open-source contributions or GitHub portfolio with personal projects.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face libraries.
