Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior AI Engineer with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The role involves working on real-world AI solutions, contributing to model development, and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and AI models
• Work with structured and unstructured data for analysis and model training
• Deploy AI models into production environments
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI-driven solutions
• Research and apply new AI techniques to improve existing systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI fundamentals
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with APIs, version control (Git), and basic cloud concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience deploying models using Docker or similar tools
• Hands-on project or professional experience in AI
