About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI team. You will work alongside senior engineers and data scientists to build, test, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world business problems.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong fundamentals, a passion for learning, and hands-on experience through projects, internships, or coursework.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights
• Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques
• Support deployment of ML models into production environments
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
• Document experiments, models, and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong foundation in Python
• Understanding of ML concepts (regression, classification, clustering, neural networks)
• Familiarity with libraries such as:
• NumPy, Pandas
• Scikit-learn
• TensorFlow or PyTorch (basic level)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Basic knowledge of NLP or Computer Vision
• Exposure to Docker or APIs
• Participation in Kaggle competitions or AI projects
• Familiarity with Git
