Junior AI/ML Developer

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a Junior AI/ML Developer to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, and a passion for building intelligent, scalable solutions. A mandatory training period will be conducted post-joining to align with company tools, practices, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Work with large datasets to extract useful information and identify patterns.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product managers.
• Implement and optimize ML models for production environments.
• Continuously improve models based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of core machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Basic knowledge of data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
