Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyse performance data —clicks, views, conversions, and revenue generated by influencers.
  • Track and benchmark creator-level funnel metrics across influencer tiers. Monitor and report key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, AOV, CPM, CPE, CPV, CPC, and influencer revenue contribution.
  • Evaluate campaign-level efficiency and provide insights to optimize creator selection, content formats, and campaign strategy.
  • Assist in forecasting sales targets, identifying performance improvement opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, automated reports, and visualizations using Excel, Tableau (or similar BI tools).
  • Conduct competitor and market landscape analysis to benchmark influencer pricing, performance trends, and platform best practices.
  • Work closely with business teams (Revenue, Creator Management, Marketing) to deliver actionable insights for brand partnerships and creator strategy. Provide actionable insights to internal teams (Revenue, Creator Management, Marketing, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Tech team to understand data flow, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strong documentation of analytical processes.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Cleaning).
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of performance analysis metrics in e-commerce or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical mind set with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.


Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, influencer analytics, or SaaS products.
  • Experience with basic understanding of database structures.
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis (optional).
