Position: Junior Analyst – ESG

Overview: We are seeking a Junior ESG Analyst with hands-on exposure to ESIA, EIA, and ESDD as per national and international standards. The role includes supporting impact assessments, due diligence, compliance checks, and preparation of ESG documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in ESIA/EIA studies as per MoEF&CC, EPA, EIA 2006, and CPCB norms.

2.Support ESDD as per IFC PS, World Bank ESF, ADB SPS, and WBG EHS Guidelines.

3.Contribute to baseline surveys, stakeholder consultations, and impact/mitigation planning.

4.Assist in regulatory submissions, ESMPs, gap analyses, and CAP preparation.

5.Collect and analyze environmental & social data for compliance and ESG reporting.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields.Familiarity with IFC PS (1–8), WBG EHS, ADB SPS, and Indian environmental laws.Strong documentation & analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
