Junior Analyst — Legal & Capital Markets

Location: Remote / Hybrid

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, organized Junior Analyst to help keep our legal and capital markets engine running smoothly. You’ll work across documents, workflows, and stakeholder communication to support how we review deals and move them toward launch (Deals/Campaign launch for the Fundraise). If you enjoy working in the details, keeping things on track, and learning how real transactions come together, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

Document & Deal Support

• Help prep and organize deal documents and offering materials
• Track edits and updates across versions
• Assist with first-pass reviews and make sure drafts are clean and consistent

Communication & Coordination

• Connect with issuers and their legal teams to gather info or clarify questions
• Keep internal stakeholders updated on what’s needed and where things stand
• Join calls, take notes, and follow up on action items

Workflow & Scheduling

• Maintain trackers for review status, timelines, and open items
• Schedule meetings and make sure the right materials go out ahead of time
• Help keep deals moving by keeping everyone aligned

Organization & Process

• Keep our shared folders tidy and documents easy to find
• Update templates, checklists, and other tools as we refine our processes
• Look for small improvements that make our teamwork faster and cleaner

Who You Are

• You’ve had some exposure to legal or finance work and are comfortable working with documents
• You’re detail-oriented and notice when something feels off or inconsistent
• You communicate clearly and professionally, especially over email
• You’re organised, reliable, and good at juggling multiple small tasks
• You enjoy learning and don’t mind asking questions when you need context
• You like working in a fast-moving environment where things change quickly

• How regulated intermediaries (broker-dealer, funding portal, advisory) operate behind the scenes
• How to manage document workflows and discussions across multiple parties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
