Junior Animator / Graphic Designer -Onsite

Are you a creative, motivated individual with a passion for visual storytelling and animation? Web-Tronix is looking for a Junior Animator / Graphic Designerto join our fast-paced design team.

This role is ideal for someone who is a recent graduate or have up to 1 year of experience with a strong foundation in motion graphics, animation, and character-based video design, along with a background in Media Design or a related specialization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and animate engaging 2D and 3D content for videos, websites, and social media campaigns
• Support senior designers in creating characters, environments, and motion graphics
• Assist in storyboarding, layout, and animation planning
• Work on a variety of creative projects, including explainer videos, product demos, and promotional materials
• esign visuals for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and banners
• Assist in the development and refinement of brand assets, infographics, icons, and other marketing materials
• Edit, finalize, and prepare artwork for web and print production to ensure high-quality output
• Maintain visual consistency across all creative outputs in line with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to deliver cohesive and effective visuals

PREFERRED Requirements

• Degree in Computer Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (internship, freelance, or academic projects are acceptable)
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
• Strong visual sense and storytelling skills
• Good communication and time-management abilities
• A portfolio/showreel showcasing both 2D and 3D animation work

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with tools like Premiere Pro, Figma, Blender, or Canva
• Knowledge of storyboarding or simple video editing
• Interest in UI animation, explainer videos, or branding animation
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Understanding of social media trends and digital storytelling
• Illustration or concept art skills
